Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or exchange when an item meets one of the
following conditions:
- The product is faulty, damaged, or not functioning as intended.The item received is incorrect compared to what was ordered.
- Products must be returned with original packaging and any included accessories.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for:
- Incorrect item received
- Faulty or damaged products
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or credit will be issued.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable, except where Icon County is at fault (e.g.,
incorrect or faulty item).
Return Shipping
- For faulty or incorrect items, Icon County covers the cost of return shipping.
- For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for postage.
- A return label will be provided when applicable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within a reasonable period, customers
should contact Icon County within 7 days of receiving the product.
We may request photos or videos to help assess the issue before approving a return
or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once
opened or used. This may include:
- Gloves that show signs of wear
- Protective pads that have been used or removed from sealed packaging

Please include the order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty or
damaged.
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection
