Icon County ships high-quality gloves and pads Australia-wide. This policy explains our processing times, shipping options, delivery expectations, and how we handle issues such as delays or lost parcels.
Processing & Dispatch
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Partners: Australia Post and Couriers Pleas
- Tracking: All orders include tracking. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
